For those that fancy Martial Arts a new Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai camp has opened in Sam Roi Yot. The camp is run by a Frenchman and  you can join training for just one day or longer sessions if you´d like. Martial arts is very good exercise for your physique and you may have some use for it as self defense.
